Savesbook may, at its sole discretion, at any time and for any reason or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
This Agreement will terminate immediately without prior notice if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur, the entire liability of Savesbook and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Agreement shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Savesbook or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
Intellectual Property
The platform and all of its content, features, and functionality are owned by Savesbook, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws of Panama and international laws.
Unauthorized use of the material is strictly prohibited.
